My reflections on may 1st.

My reflections on may 1st.

I’ve been listening to the original OMD version of this song for the past few days obsessively. I love the original record but for some reason I thought an acoustic rendition would be perfect. So, I began messing around on the guitar but was soon discouraged by both a lack of creativity and my limited instrumental skills. I did what I should have done at first (googled “enola gay acoustic”) and came across this (It’s pretty old by internet standards). Terrible recording, great rendition. I love the substitution of the synth by vocals.
